If you are an organizational type, you enjoy administrative work and are keen to seek solutions to offer the best support possible, then your most common day-to-day agenda will be:

 

  • communication with various units of the bank to offer ad-hoc problem solving solutions
  • ensuring the administrative running of the company's management calendar
  • translation of documentations (Czech/Slovak to English)
  • writing minutes of meetings, meetings of the supervisory board and the board of directors in English
  • managing calendars, organizing meetings, providing snacks during meetings

 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE CAN OFFER US: 

  • very good AJ – written and spoken
  • can-do attitude and willingness to seek solutions
  • building a network across the Bank to ensure smooth operations
  • good communication and organizational skills
  • computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • quick management of internal systems

 

WHAT CAN WE OFFER YOU?

  • DPČ/DPP for 20 hrs a week
  • the possibility of career development in the UniCredit group - opportunity to move to employment contract for up to 30 hrs a week if both parties are satisfied
