Assistant for Finance & Risk - part-time
If you are an organizational type, you enjoy administrative work and are keen to seek solutions to offer the best support possible, then your most common day-to-day agenda will be:
- communication with various units of the bank to offer ad-hoc problem solving solutions
- ensuring the administrative running of the company's management calendar
- translation of documentations (Czech/Slovak to English)
- writing minutes of meetings, meetings of the supervisory board and the board of directors in English
- managing calendars, organizing meetings, providing snacks during meetings
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE CAN OFFER US:
- very good AJ – written and spoken
- can-do attitude and willingness to seek solutions
- building a network across the Bank to ensure smooth operations
- good communication and organizational skills
- computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- quick management of internal systems
