UniCredit Services provides ICT solutions within UniCredit Group the pan-European Commercial Banking Group in Austria, Germany, Italy, Poland, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia and Hungary.
We are looking for FRONTEND DEVELOPER with Angular or React or Vue to join in Prague our new global center of excellence for SW development of common business solutions in the Transactions & Payments area for all Banks of UniCredit Group.
In this role you will be focused on delivery of ICT services at global level to the “Markets and F&A” and “Global Transaction Banking” perimeters. Together with the other team members you will shape the ICT evolutions strategy for service run and you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining ICT solutions to enrich UniCredit digital product offerings for Corporate and Enterprises. You will also act as the reference point for the relationship with the in-scope Clients, directly or engaging other ICT factories.
The digital services are implemented with different platforms based on on-premises and cloud infrastructure. It enables also Corporate and SME customers to access Unicredit services through a Unified Single Platform.
What will you be doing in this role?
- End-to-end responsibility throughout the software development life cycle (including development, testing, deployment and maintenance)
- Write technical documentation throughout the software development life cycle
- Analysis and resolution of incidents
- Ensure to deliver secure and good quality software within the deadlines and according to UniCredit policies and guidelines
- Contribute to team discussions by sharing your experience and your knowledge with the team
- Be part of an international inclusive team with a diverse background
What skills and experience you will bring to us?
- At least 3 years of experience with:
- At least one of the main frameworks: Angular, React or Vue
- TypeScript and JavaScript ES6
- HTML5, CSS3 and CSS pre-processor such as SASS, SCSS and LESS, RESTful integration
- Unit test libraries and frameworks (Karma, Jasmine, Jest, Enzyme etc.)
- Version control systems (Git, SVN) including branch and release strategies for development
- Coding best and secure practices, code re-use oriented development
- Nice to have:
- Micro Frontend, Web Components, Progressive Web App
- Responsive client-side applications and principles of Web Accessibility
- Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Lean, Kanban)
- TDD (Test Driven Development), BDD (Behavioral Driven Development), CI/CD (Continuous Integration and Continuous delivery)
- Tools like Zeplin, Figma, Invision, Adobe XD or equivalent to interact with UX/UI
- Design Patterns, UI Frameworks (Bootstrap, Angular Material)
- E2E test frameworks: Selenium, Cypress etc.
- And knowledge of:
- Fluent English
- Degree in computer science/software engineering or equivalent work experience
- Strong curiosity and passion for frontend technologies and software solutions and willingness to learn and grow in an international IT environment
- Ability to work tightly with the other team members, also with those remotely located
- Proactivity, problem-solving mindset, result-oriented approach, commitment to deadlines, prompt issue communication, and escalation
